[Resolved]  Redbus — Cancellation refund

I booked 2 bus tickets from Red Bus for the journey from Jodhpur to Ajmer and there was option of cancellation policy too.
Now when i wanted to cancel my tickets they are not allowing me to
I have mailed them, contacted on customer service and even took help from the app but got no positive response
