[Resolved] Redbus — cancelled amount was not refunded to my account | |||||
SIR, I Have booked the Red bus for travel from chennai to batlagundu on April 22 2018.but unfortunately the Trip was cancelled by the travells, and they sent the message to me.but still i haven't get the refund amount Rupees, 900 to my account. i have complaint this issue to red bus too. but still no amount was credited to my account.kindly help me to refund the 900 rupees to me. We have taken your concern with the operator and have shared a strong feedback on this regards. We have also asked him to ensure that such instances never occur in the future.
