Redbus — Cancelled ticket - amount not refunded

On 3rd of may 2015, i've booked a bus from madurai to chennai and when i got the info that the bus was delayed for one hour, i cancelled the ticket and requested for refund. I was promised by the customer support that i would get my refund and the service request no which was given to me is[protected]. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've called many times reg this and the answer i got everytime is i would get an email regarding this issue. I haven't got any such email till now. Kindly view this seriously and take action. I want my refund back.
