I have booked online ticket from bhubaneswar to kolkata, on red bus service, ticket no; tka[protected], pnr ; a2fe57dr, schedule departure was 02.10.17, mobile no : [protected] 9:00am, at 7am 2.10.17 i have call to[protected], for bus details but they reply me that"before 1hr of departure you will get details". Share a phone no.[protected] to contact, i have tried several times but no body responds. I have not received any massage regarding bus details. There for couldn't board bus for kolkata, missed my office on 3.10.17 Request you kindly revert my money pl. Don't harass customers through careless service provider.
