[Resolved] Redbus — change seat allocation without notice | |||
I hate to take bus by seating last row and will never buy if only left last row. When i buy ticket is swat number 17 & 18, at the end when we got the ticket seat number become 26, 27 which is last row! This is first time i experience change of seat allocation without informing us! This bus is under company starmart. Bad experience for me to travel along from singapore to penang. I just wonder if the staff are swop the seat for their relative for better and comfortable seat! The 2 guys that took my seat number cane with only home printed paper with hand writing of seat number 17 & 18!
