[Resolved] Redbus — changing the bus and seat numbers | |||
We booked a ticket from chennai to coimbatore on 14th march 2019. Through red bus app in swamy iyyappa travels. Time of departure was 10.30 pm. We were informed at the last moment that the bus is not operating today so you should travel in the bus starting at 9.45 pm. The seat number also changed at rear most of the bus instead of my middle seats. We asked them to change it at middle. Uprubtly they dropped us at the midway at 10.30 pm. Even they have not made refund of the fare. We both are ladies. What we can do. Was this information helpful? | |||
