[Resolved] Redbus — Charged card even though their website indicated error in the transaction | |||
Date of incident: Nov 22nd, 2016 Description: I was booking a bus on redbus. I went to pay for the bus tickets and when I went to try to go ahead with my purchase, I received an error message indicating that the transaction was not processed. So I made another attempt and I received the same error. I then went to book another ticket instead. I later found out that I had actually been charged for the redbus tickets, but that they would not refund me of the amount. I also had to wait over a month before they replied about the outcome of the complaint, they replied on January 9th, 2017 with the formal resolution. Desired outcome: For them to refund the erroneous ticket purchases based on their website errors. Was this information helpful? | |||
