[Resolved] Redbus — charged me twice for a transaction and not returning money | |||
I booked a ticket with redbus for rs 580 and the money was deducted twice from my account. But they are still not ready to refund me my own money. I have done about hundreds of calls and every time they come up with some # excuse and keep postponing it to next 7 days. Trust me, they have the worst customer service ever. I will prefer taking a flight than ever open their app again. They are a set of losers who have no idea how to handle trivial issues like refunds. Screw your pathetic service redbus.
