[Resolved] Redbus — charging extra fare | |
I booked 2 bus tickets in redbus. After selecting seats i checked the total fare. Then i selected the bank and used the some from my wallet and then entered the credential and then i noticed they charged me rs.4. After booking my ticket, i checked the fare, they took amount from wallet and reduced the amount in bill (For example, if i used rs.84 from wallet and in final bill they showing only rs.80 only but they took rs.84 from me). I reached the support and they didn't give me a proper response. The same thing happened to me during the return ticket also. I have screenshots.. Was this information helpful? | |
