[Resolved] Redbus — chartered bus | |
Travel details - 4th sept. 2018; mumbai to vadodara Staff members, including the driver, were very rude and irresponsible. Very poor attitude and tone of talking. After insisting multiple of times, i was finally allowed to keep my luggage on the storage compartment on the side of the bus. However, the storage space was filled with crap and was dirty. I am not at all happy with the service provided by chartered bus/redbus. Won't like to travel again by any bus provided by chartered bus. Was this information helpful? | |
