I understand that the bus cancellation for your journey would have caused an inconvenience to you and I am truly sorry. We’ll work harder to educate our operators to prepare for and avoid such incidents in the future.
During our investigation regarding your complaint, we received information from the bus operator that he provided an alternate arrangement for all passengers. However, you did not travel using the alternate arranged by the bus operator.
Upon checking, the bus operator is refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 8th May to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.
