Hi, I am writing this to notify you that i did not get refund for bus ticket cancellation. I cancelled a bus ticket number: TPA[protected]from hyderabad to avanigadda) through sri padmavathi travels on 10th september 2020. I got mail that money will be refunded in 5 working days. We did validate the details and could see that the refund against the booking ID: TPA[protected] was successfully processed on 10th September 2020 against the refund reference ID: 74056630261025476758118.

In case you have not received it in your source account, please reach out to the respective bank with the refund reference details and they shall be able to help you on this.
