Updated by deepakdeep2003 I would like to highlight that what pain I have felt on 15th May’22 during the day when I booked ticked from Red bus platform for Lucknow to Delhi.
The bus operator was Shakmbhari Travels [protected] and [protected].
The bus no. UP-50-CT-3252 and Driver details – Prem [protected] and Mitrasen [protected].
Points for discussion:
• Bus was booked from Lucknow to Delhi but it had not told us that it is coming from Azamgarh which is approximately 270 km far from Lucknow
• Initially message was sent that bus is running late by 2 Hours due to maintenance issue. However, bus boarding timing was 11.24pm from Nahariya chowk
• No one called me what is exact location of bus and what is the tentative timing for boarding point in Lucknow
• I have called almost 50 times on provided numbers but no one responded and even they disconnected phone most of the occasions
• I was expecting that I will get call on before 1 hour before reaching bus at boarding point so that I could easily reach on destination timely, but no one called me
• I did not sleep even whole night until I get the correct information about journey
• When I called 1:30 am. It was informed me that please reach within 15 minutes at boarding point as the bus is reaching there. However, it was not easy for me to reach within 15 mints in mid night without and specific transportation service
• Somehow, I managed to reach at boarding point but no one picked the phone in bus and I waited for one hour there
• I escalated the issue and wrote complaint on Twitter and then I was ensured that pickup will be done in 30 to 45 minutes (attached screen shot)
• I was boarded on 3:30 am in morning. However, the exact time was 11:24pm to board the bus
• The bus helper did not help me to get the seat and even he did not speak with other passenger who’s luggage was lying on my seat. I requested many times then I got my seat
• Even, bus helper did not provide water bottle even when I requested him to gave water bottle then he gave
• There was smell in the seat covers and dust was lying on widow glass. It was visible for all and everyone can feel the same which I felt
• I can not explain in words about my situation and feeling what I felt on 15the May’22
• I will not recommend to any one for booking for Shakmbhari Travels through red bus
• Pls compensate me the amount which I have paid for ticket
