Had a very very disappointing experience with Zingbus booking done through Redbus.
My team member, Mr. Akash Patel, was booked on Zingbus from Vadodara to Pune.

He went at the boarding stop (Golden chowkdi) at the scheduled time. However, the bus had already left early.
Zingbus rescheduled the ticket to the next day. Please find below the email from Zingbus about the rescheduled ticket.
It was not possible for Akash to stay back for a day as he has important work at Pune today, hence he had to catch another bus last night.
Zingbus is not ready to refund the amount. It was completely their fault, hence they immediately rescheduled the ticket. But we want the refund.
The Zingbus team is not responding properly and is being highly rude.
