I have booked a ticket for a travel from "Anand Vihar" to "Muzaffarnagar" on 13 may 2015 for time 5:00 PM.
I booked the ticket on 13 my 15 at 2:45PM.
My Ticket No. is: TH6B79992894
It was a UPSRTC bus.
But i could not find any information regarding assembing point or any bus No on the ticket.
Assuming that i have booked the ticket from anand vihar to muzzaffarnagar; i reached anand vihar & went to all the inquiry booths & showed my ticket, even they could not tell from where i could get that bus.
i even asked many bus drivers regarding this, even they were clueless.
In all this confusion, i missed my bus & could not locate the bus .
After reaching home, i thought to cancel my tickets, but system did not allowed me to do this.
I dont really understand how this 'RedBus' service is running, i even gave multiple calls at customer care no. '[protected]' but the call was transfered to executive but they never answered the call.
This is utter nuisance creating panic & confusion all around, i have never seen such pathetic service from any Online portal except 'RedBus'.
I want my complete money back i.e Rs 384.
This was the first time, i used REDBUS service & i believe this would also be my last.
I would also ask my friends not to use such pathetic services.
