I travelled on 7th mar night My journey was harsh.. Seat broken also making loud scratching noises... I got my back pain... Paid ₹* I cancelled the ticket for next journey for 11th before company policies.. Didnot get the refund Fraud customer support agents Saying refunding full amount refunding partial amount...
