Redbus — date just changed automatically and booked wrong ticket. denying for cancellations

Hi,
I was searching to for bus to Chennai on 25th. From the available options I choose one and booked. But later I found that the one I booked is a day after. I tried to reschedule again got the same ticket. And the customer support refused to cancel the ticket as well.
On investigation I found a severe bug. Once I select the date it changed on further step. And resulted on wrong ticket booking.

Here is one more examples. In the help tab its showing ticket on 25th, but in detail its showing 26th
