Redbus — date just changed automatically and booked wrong ticket. denying for cancellations | |||
Hi, I was searching to for bus to Chennai on 25th. From the available options I choose one and booked. But later I found that the one I booked is a day after. I tried to reschedule again got the same ticket. And the customer support refused to cancel the ticket as well. On investigation I found a severe bug. Once I select the date it changed on further step. And resulted on wrong ticket booking. Please find the attached screenshot Was this information helpful? | |||
