Redbus — Denial of booking

I'm extremely unhappy with redbus service. i had made an booking earlier in the day for a family trip, booked a tempo traveller to Mysore for 7th April 6:00 AM till 7th April 11:45 pm. I received a call from one of the redbus executive who said she can make the booking till 8th April 5:30 Am at same price as I have paid for night Bata for driver but however it was no use for me but since it was offered i told ok and she was the one who made the modification for me. All done and set and ready to leave morning and suddenly i get a call by around 11:30 pm by another one of the redbus executive who said the operator has cancelled due to timing set for next day morning until 5:30 Am which is clearly not my fault at all. The executive mentioned he will check and call back in 15 mins but did not call me back at all. I called back redbus customer service again after 12 o clock n after waiting on line for very long time got through to executive who had no idea about what has happened, upon explaining again he asked me for 30 mins and got back to me 1 o clock midnight and informed me that he has not been able to contact the Operator and would need more time and when asked how much time he mentioned an hour. I pointed that aft an hour he would come back to me empty hand presuming no one would respond to it but i had to give him a chance to try coz redbus left me wid no options jz few hrs before the travel. I asked for escalation to a manager where agent told me there is no Supervisor or manager to take any escalation and he is the only one available which makes me feel shocked about customer service being offered by redbus. I asked for a contact option for complaint and was given a support team email address and mentioned that they would respond back in 48 hrs where in my travel is just few hours from now. The second agent who called to notify about the issue was very rude unhelpful and very unprofessional who was not ready to even listen kept on over talking in a rude manner and kept raising the tone. This is the level of customer service that a customer should receive. These people do no care about the customer query so no point having it in place. I had to bring it to consumer forum because redbus has left me with no options on getting help.

Such a disgrace in the name of customer service. I call up customer service line for redbus and on executive line an arrogant guy name Vikram picks up the call and when asked for manager to resolve it he said he is the manager. This person could not do much apart from interrupting me, teaching me how to be professional ( i did not even utter anything unprofessional) where in the service that these people provide in name of customer service is absolutely unprofessional. These guys are talking with such arrogance and rudeness which should not be to the customer who still calls customer service waiting on queue for long just to get some help and not arrogant, ignorant agents like Vikram from redbus. These people don't deserve to be in customer service industry. I'm unhappy as even after multiple denials not to process a refund to me until i get my issue resolved they have processed refund. This things is just been shut on my face that this is what it's going to be. I hope through this platform and complaint redbus should have realisation about how to handle customer service but based on the resolution record of redbus i still doubt.
