Booked a ticket of 24 june (23:45) from redbus, and the bus was delayed by 1:15 hrs,
After that delay message.. no further information about bus was provide by either red bus or by the travel operater.. they didnt responded the phone calls. Unfortunately i had to book another ticket from red bus at 2.00AM..
I filed a complaint with red bus next day for the refund of previous ticket, but no refund has yet been made and whenever i call the redbus regarding refund, i just get a reply that you case has been tranfered to seniors, they will call you withing 24 bours..
Its has been more than 12 days.. no resolution given yet.. Was this information helpful? |
