[Resolved] Redbus — Didn't get Support from Customer Service | |||
I have booked the 4 tickets of Atmaram Travels( Global ) from Madgaon to Mumbai for 20th November. When I reached at Mumbai I found that Bus Supporting staff has done some goof-up and lost two of my hadbags. Those bags were containing stuff of almost 10000 Rs. Bus Supporting staff didnt support me. I have launched complaint on Redbus but didn't bothered to contact me or reverted me regarding this. I have contacted this Atmaram Travels( Global ) also but they also wasn't reverted on my query. Was this information helpful? | |||

I applied coupon code and I need to get 300 rs from redbus. But last 2 months redbus support team simpley always saying we intiated our payment you'll get within 48 hours. But today they said they couldn't give me my refund. Redbus is havng one of the worst support team. I never expect this from redbus. Useless support.

Often facing payment issue.. my account got debited still the amount has not get refunded. kindly refund my amount. rupees 1020/-
