I booked an lucknow-delhi share car ride (Tkt no-tkbh[protected] on redbus app on 22 october... Paid through tez app using upi.. After few hours i have recieved a message stating cancellation from operator side.. When i called them regarding my refund, they told me that the refund has been initiated..
Its 2 november, and i havent recieved any refund from redbus..
I contacted red bus team, they told me to contact tez team with certain pg id[protected]..
I contacted tez team... They told that they havent received anything from redbus.. And i need to contact to redbus team for my refund..
I contacted rebus back... They are just ssaying-they have initiated it..
I m stuck... Help me out.
