[Resolved] Redbus — didn't receive refunds : bus didn't arrive | |||
I booked 2 seats from redbus and that costed me 6150 inr. Bus didnt arrive for more than 3 hrs and then we had to leave using private vehicle because o[censored]nprofessional service by redbus. We tried reaching out to bus operator and driver, but none of them picked the call and didnt even call back to inform about bus. Its been 11 days since i raised the compliant to redbus and still waiting for their call and resolution. I want my money back else i am surely seeing them in consumer court.
