[Resolved]  Redbus — Didn't received refund

Hi all,
Bus journey was scheduled from Mumbai to kalaburagi on 23/04/2021 but the bus operator had cancelled the bus. Bus operators told me that you will get complete refund since bus was cancelled by us but 10 days have been passed i haven't received the refund l. I've mailed and informed to redbus that I haven't received refund but they weren't bothered to update me.
