I booked my ticket and i got this msg Dear pax, ur journey for pune to kolhapur on[protected]:25 pm, bus no.: mh04g4243 is late by 1 hour and 30 minute. It will departure on 11:55 pm instead of 10:25 pm. Sorry for inconvenience. Thanks, www.neetabus.in After that i reached my boarding point at 11 pm and wait till 1 am but bus not coming or no any intimation throw red bus.. U am trying to call with customer service that told we don't have any update 'll call you after 15 minutes but no one call again and i don't have any update and i am unable to arrange other course at that time..
