[Resolved] Redbus — doing frauds and not given refund | |||
I had booked ticket from ahmedabad to kunkavav for 5th oct 2019 and they have given pickup time 10.10pm... I was standing pickup stand from 9pm to 11pm then i had called to bus operator he said bus was gone and his behave very rudely he said he cant do anything he said contact to redbus.. Also i requested to him to reschedule my bus next day but he didn't... At that time i had called to redbus customer care but call was on waiting i tried 3 times for the same... After i had sent to my problem to redbus helpchat option also he didn't given ans... Was this information helpful? | |||
