[Resolved] Redbus — double payment for 1 ticket | |||
Ticket booking attempt done for national travels ntn ' sangli to banglore dated 6th oct 2019. 1 seats were selected on 1 oct 2019, traveler names and details added, proceeded for payment as well. Otp generated and upon submitting the otp the redbus page got stuck and the next message we received was 'something wrong with the card' (Ticket not generated). We tried again since we did not receive any cash debit sms in our mobile. We booked the same seat for which ticket was not generated. But this time we recived the debit sms for 2 transactions with different transaction id. I have request to refund the amount for 1 ticket. Till now the amount did not credited back to the bank account, request you to kindly do the needful. Many thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
