[Resolved]  Redbus — Double time ticket cost debited

I was booked single ticket for Alathur to chennai on 18/01/2022, I was booked only one ticket cost Rs.945 but amount debited in my account double time Rs.945, Traveling date 18/01/2022 but ticket booked date on 17/01/2022, I was waiting for past 4 days for money will credit in my account but not yet credited, I attached account statement and ticket proof also, please rectify my queries and credit my money in account. Thanks in advance...

Happy to inform you that the amount has been refunded to the original source of payment used by you. As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.
