I tried to book a bus from Aajara to Mumbai and the ticket booking was successful but somehow when I scanned the UPI for payment, the ticket amount (Rs. 630) was deducted twice. I contacted the customer support and they that this is an issue from my bank and I will receive it in couple of next business days. I waited for almost 2 weeks and then contacted my bank from where I got to know that it was a valid transaction and the amount was sent to the respective UPI.
Then I came back to redbus support for help but they denied the transaction. I requested to raise a complaint on my behalf as I was not able to do it. The support person said I will receive a call back in 48 hrs for my complaint (Case id[protected] but I didn't receive any.
I contacted the support again and came to know that my previous complaint was closed even without contacting me. This has happened 2 times in a row now.
I am facing multiple issues now - I am unable to login, unable to check my complaint status, my complaints are getting closed without me being contacted and on top of all the customer support says they can't help me if I am unable to login and they are not ready to give anything to me in writing.
I feel really helpless in the situation and from the kind of responses I got from the redbus support today, I feel like they are not there to actually support the customer. And all the evidences project that they don't want to take the responsibility to the double transaction nor do they want to return my money.
