[Resolved] Redbus — drop point mismatch | |
We booked a bus for agra to delhi through red bus. The driver instead of dropping at akshardam which was our drop point. Dropped in sarai kale khan when the time was night 11.30 pm. We didn't have any metro or auto or bus. We suffered wit ladies and kids to reach hone. Vehicle no 9042, driver name santhosh. We would never prefer red bus for travel. Around 15 people n the bus requested the driver to stop in akshardam. He was so rude and adamant. Pl act on the complaint and acknowledged Was this information helpful? | |

V bad service in dropping us at a wrong drop point where no. Mode of transport was available at mid night. All families got stranded because of your poor service
