[Resolved] Redbus — dropped passengers before reaching the destination | |||
Hi, Booked tickets to go to ramoji film city from hyderabad through redbus, journey was on 24-jan-2019. While booking the boarding location chosen was huda colony rtc bus stop and on the day of journey they called to say that the pickup location is alwyn and also confirmed that they will drop the passengers off at alwyn upon return. Passengers were new to hyderabad and couldn’t speak telugu. During the return journey the passengers were dropped off just after kondapur and asked to go by themself, they were lost for a while as they are not familiar with the area. Is this the security of the passenger that is assured by redbus? How can the driver be so rude and order the passengers to get off half-way? Why were the passengers not informed 1 day earlier on the change of pick up location? I understand that this is off peak season but it doesn’t give any reason to drop passengers before the destination Do note that this is not a free ride, tickets were purchased and paid on time to use the bus service.
