[Resolved] Redbus — dropping point issue

I have taken khushi travels just for the sake of the dropping point. It was near my home only but that traveller dropped me 20 km before my dropping point saying that this is the last stoppage.
I have spent 1000 rs just for one seat from bangalore to chennai thinking of reaching it by 6 hours but it took 10 hours. No ac, no water, no pillow was provided inside the bus. Shameless redbus travellers.

Updated by Sneh Lata shilpi Check this out. Dropping point was sholinganallur and he has dropped in omni bus stand.
Waste of spending money on redbus.
