Dear Team,
This is to inform that, today (16.07.2021) I have booked SBSTC Bus ticket from Kudghat to Burdwan through Redbus, where I have got confirmed ticket with seat number, but SBSTC also provided ticket for same seat number in same bus to another passenger from there end. The Bus route is a regular route from Kushan to Rampurhat.
When I asked the bus conductor that, why they are booking ticket for same seat number which was already booked by me through online Redbus website, and in reply he told that my online ticket has been cancelled automatically and I am traveling without ticket, which was very insulting to hear in between other passengers, whereas I was already holding confirmed ticket along with Tax invoice given via mail from Redbus.
I would like to ask that, when a passenger is getting a confirmed ticket via online, then why this information is not getting shared with SBSTC by Redbus. As a result passenger like me is facing embarrassment and getting harassed.
Aside that, I would like to inform that, in this bus the conductor have not maintained any social distance inside bus, which was supposed to be very important in this Pandemic situation.
I am requesting for a kind and detail investigation for this incident, and expect quick and fruitful action.
