Redbus — Fail to book bus tickets twice, but amount debited from my a / c

I have tried to book a bus ticket on 30.09.2015. While making the payment (credit card) the amount was debited in my a/c but the ticket was not booked. This was happened twice (second time I confirmed from their support team, that things won't fail again), I hereby attached the error message shown on your site. Also, I got a same message in my mail id and mobile. The payment details are shown below for your reference
