Redbus — failed transaction money refund | |||||
My name is vinay chawdipande. On 1st of december 2018 i have tried to book tickets through redbus from hyderabad to nagpur but failed twice but money was deducted from my account (Rs. 1820 - 2 times). I have used upi for transaction. I have contacted redbus several times but the response is very unfortunate. They are just claiming that they have get the money. I have given them reference of rrn number also. Redbus customer care service is very poor and it seems that they are not willing to help customer. If we book tickets through redbus then it's there responsibility to resolve the issue. I don't know how they say like this. If money is deducted from my account then it must be in bank account of redbus, how can they deny this. I request concerned persons to look into this and resolve issue asap.
