Redbus — failed transaction refund

I booked the ticket (Bus) for 6 people from agra to delhi on 26 oct 2019. But the transaction failed and the amount of rs.2910.00 was debited from my account. It is already 7 days but i have not recieved the refund
So please resolve this issue at the earliest.

We regret the inconvenience caused. On checking we see that refund of Rs 2910 has been successfully credited back to payment source on 26th October 2019. In case refund is not reflecting in your account, kindly contact relevant bank with ARN :[protected] for more details on refund.
