Hi,
Using redbus, I booked a ticket on Sep16, 2016 from chennai to madurai, the ticket was not booked but my amount got debited .I have called customer care ppl and raised a complaint but till now the amount is not credited to my account.
When I called them on sep 27 they told that the refund was failed (the one initiated on sep 17) and they have initated once again on sep 27 but still refund is not completed.They say 7 bank working days...but its more than 7 working days...its almost going to be a month..
