Redbus — faulty A/C BUS , charged for A/C ticket but A/C not working

I opted for a AC bus for travel from Ernakulam to chennai and paid an amount of 1650. But due to technical failure the AC in bus was faulty and not working. I request for refund of AC charges levied on my ticket fare. The complaint is behalf of all pasengers on board the same bus on 19th April 2015 .
