[Resolved] Redbus — fooling customers by not following policies in rescheduling and worst customer service call and help support | |
I have used redbus app for the first time and booked tickets. But I selected a wrong date and wanted to reschedule it to an another date. So went to the ticket options and selected reschedule option to change the date. I couldn't change the booking even though I tried within 30 mins of booking. It was saying sorry you can't reschedule it. I saw many complaints with this reschedule policies on internet for redbus. I tried to reach help support but no one replied even after 7 hours after opened a resolution ticket. I called the customer service number but no response either. I cancelled the ticket with no option left and they looted Rs. 666/- and on the invoice they showed it as Rs. 516/- for cancellation. It's looting people money and there is no strict action taken on this redbus. Please everyone don't book any tickets from redbus. Was this information helpful? | |
