[Resolved] Redbus — fraud and poor customer support | |
Sir, Yesterday i booked one ticket bus route from sivanthipuram to chennai through redbus portal and it shows the boarding point as sivanthiyapuram i am not familiar about the boarding point i thaought both were same but after i got the driver number i came to know that the boarding point is very faraway from my place sivanthipuram that is mire than 60kms they said bus will not came to sivanthipuram I ask to refund the money they said it is not possible. And ask me to contact the travel portal i contact the redbus customer support officer. Mr sidhart he cannot able to understand my problem and he cut my call while i am talking due to this i am suffered a lot and my journey delay that redbus customer support officer not even gave any solution and didnot refund the money My ticket number is.
