I booked the shama sardar travels on July 11th 2 Am .I booked my ticket for myself from tirupathi to chennai through REDBUS app . As usual my journey date i received the what's app message as well as email o[censored]pcoming journey details the total ticket fair was Rs:1198
When I open my journey details from my what's appl there was driver number missing ..till 1 Am we didn't receive any calls from bus operater or driver .i even checked the travels offc tirupathi ..they given information like they hve removed the bus from this route .. when I was about to cancel ❌ showing like no refund has been initiated ..Hence, fourth claming that I want compensation from redbus for making me to suffer during their carelessness of not conveying the message properly.please take action on this and want justice .
