[Resolved] Redbus — Fraud/cheating/not returning money

I booked ticket from shirdi to mumbai and my ticket was confirmed, and then i received email from them stating your transaction has failed and your money is safe with us. now they are denying to return money, i feel so cheated i was not able to travel on that ticket instead i have to pay for another seat, please please never book ticket from red bus.

Bus has been cancelled without prior intimation (VRL Travel). I have book my ticket from RedBus. Ticket No.: TK[protected], Name: Tapas Pal.

VRL is saying contact with RedBus and RedBus is saying please contact with VRL travel.
End point, I did't received my money.
