[Resolved] Redbus — full amount of booked ticket was refunded as the bus was cancelled.

Full amount of the booked ticket was not refunded due to the bus cancellation. Only rs. 350. Was refunded out of rs. 830. For reason bus was cancelled and the ticket wad cancelled by the passenger after receiving the message for the bus cancellation. Requested to refund the full amount. Passenger mob. No is [protected]. Journey was on 26/07/2018 from aurangabad (Maharashtra) to indore (M. P.).

Updated by sanjubarc1 Today also I contacted to complaint cell, but the complaint is still unresolved. Please refer my complaint No 4916148 as told by customer care executive and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
