[Resolved] Redbus — hotel cancellation refund | |||
I had booked a hotel room but by mistake i gave the wrong date, i immediatly called the customer care and raised a complain to prepone the booking or cancel it with refund, also a mail was sent to [protected]@redbus.in as told by the customercare executive, but without informing me about it they have closed the complaint without giving solution, i just received a mail that ticket is closed. When i called the customer care again, the executive says that they have sent the mail else u will receive later and the booking is not refundable, its like they just grabbed my money without giving anything.
