[Resolved] Redbus — I am complaining about red bus negligence behaviour | |||||
I book a bus ticket in red bus website on 27th december 2017from vizag to hyderabad. I gave boarding point at kurmanapalem they give report time 8:30 pm and i reached the stop on exact time but the bus is not came. I contact the travel agency nd red bus but both the numbers r wrong. I wait there up to 11:50. There is no response from the travel agency. They gave incorrect number. I faced mental harassment...
