Dear sir/mam, I want to inform you that yesterday i was traveling through a bus (Gj 14x 9886) which i got booked by redbus, actually the journey was around 600km nd within 100 kms, a bus got stopped cause of some technical problem, there are some guy from their side were saying that, it will get morning to repair the bus, or you better go your self, so i have to go in tempo, what i want is that my refund of ticket, so please kindly consider for the same, hoping to hear from you soon!
