I am Dr.k.s.Gobinath working in Sriperumbudur, tamilnadu...i booked a ticket from coimbatore to Sriperumbudur on red bus app, for that I paid you Rs 2625/-.but bus was cancelled by the bus operators...so i received message from red bus that you will receive the refund amount Rs 2625/- within 5-7 working days...I waited till today (16/11/22).they didn't refunded it... regarding this i made a call to them for a many times...they repeated telling that some technical issues..ask to wait for 72 hrs. After 72 hrs also they are telling the same thing and ask me to wait another 72 hrs...they repeatedly giving me the same thing again and again...they not at all sharing the details that they already intiated...they not all giving any details through g mail...i requested them to share the details through the watsapp...and for the refund also they can't give any assurance.and they had a policy in their web site( redbus).if the bus operators side bus was cancelled then only they provide refund ...but that too they not at all giving proper response
