First of all, we are trying to reach out customer care of red bus, but no one is responding.
We are trying to reschedule my bus from 11th of june to 10th june. as this bus cannot be cancelled because of 0 return policy, we are now stuck.
Every time we are trying to reschedule there is a technical error, : something went wrong, and its happening again and again.
