[Resolved] Redbus — I booked a ticket for sunday and they gave me a ticket of saturday | |||||
I booked a ticket on redbus for 23:50 on 13 may 2018 sunday but they gave me ticket of saturday 13 may 00:00 am. When i complained the redbus custmercare the representative first didn't accept it and misguided me that everything is fine. Atlast when i proved their mistake he told me that they will refund me the whole amount but they haven't. Because of them not only i had to cancel my trip but lost huge business and suffered for the whole night for the another travelling option. Attaching the snapshot of the booked ticket here and requesting all of you not to trust and travel by the redbus at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
