Dear Redbus, I tried to book a ticket on 22/1/21 on Red bus for VRL bus date of travelling 26/1/21. seat booked was L7, ticket amount was 765 which was deducted from my account after that your portal shows ticket booking was unsuccessful due to payment not received. I am attaching here both the screen shot of Red bus unsuccessful message and message from my bank saying payment deducted from my account. pls check and return my money to my account. thanks and regards, Sunil. mob - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 27, 2021 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Sunil, Greetings from the redBus! We truly regret the inconvenience faced due to the transaction failure. This occurred due to a technical error at your bank’s end. On checking, we see that a refund of Rs 765/- has been auto refunded back to the payment source on 25th January 2021. It will be credited back in 5 to 7 business days as per the standard banking procedure. Kindly wait for the refund credit as per the timeline shared. We appreciate your kind patience in this regard.
