[Resolved] Redbus — I booked online ticket from mumbai to dapoli but the traveler gaurishankar told me that your ticket is cancelled

I booked the ticket online from Mumbai to dapoli on 9 th September 2019 at 9.30 from gundavli pick up stop before catching bus I also confirmed the ticket and status they gave me positive confirmation..but the gaurishankar bus conductor told us that your ticket is been cancelled and try to contact customer care I contacted the customer care he told me that he has raised the concerned and redbus will try to contact us in 72 hrs but I didn't got any message from redbus ...

I hope you will try to resolve my issue ASAP
